No, we ask all guests to arrange their own travel to and from the tour destination. All other transport (from the tour start to the tour end date) is included in the tour price.

The number of guests on each tour will vary, based on demand and available accommodation. All tour numbers will be capped, typically no more than 12.

Absolutely! For most of our tours a price supplement is applied for single occupancy of a double room, (not a single-bedded room) but sometimes the hotels only charge a very small supplement. Our tours are very popular with solo travellers. Join like-minded individuals on the walks, excursions and group dinners. Whether you’re travelling solo or with others, you’ll quickly meet new people. Refer to the ‘need to know’ section on our specific tour pages to find out more.

GeoCultura believes that all tours should be inclusive, and we strive to ensure each guest is comfortable and well looked after. If you need assistance accessing locations due to differing abilities, contact our office to discuss how we can help you participate. Our team has experience assisting participants with various needs and we’ll do our best to ensure you can join your chosen tour.

Yes, of course. GeoCultura’s team will be happy to advise on hotels local to the start/end destinations of each tour. In some instances we will be able to book rooms for you at the first or final night hotel used by the tour group. In this case we will add this additional cost to your final invoice.

No problem, when booking a GeoCultura tour we ask you for your dietary requirements and make every effort to ensure we can accommodate these, checking with the individual hotels and restaurants in asdvance of the tour departure. The tour leader will be made aware of any guest’s allergies and ensure hotel and restaurant are reminded at each location.

We recommend having travel and medical insurance and carrying the details with you at all times.

It’s up to you to make sure you meet any vaccination and passport requirements before joining your tour. Check your government website for the latest advice.

  • Sun protection e.g. broad-brimmed hat, sunscreen, sunglasses
  • Cold protection e.g. hat, gloves, spare clothes, fleece
