She brings a wealth of experience and efficiency to organising all our tours, turning the excellent ideas of our guides and planners into reality. Every element of every tour – from accommodation to restaurant and coach bookings – is in place thanks to Julie.

Pam has worked in tourism, hospitality and communication since graduating. Her varied career spans setting up a small hotel with a restaurant, running a local tourist board, and working for VisitBritain, where she helped maintain and improve quality across the country’s accommodation providers and visitor attractions. When she’s not ensuring your expectations are met and fostering relationships with GeoCultura’s partners, you’ll find her cooking, sailing, or helping Julie and Jasmine answer the phone.

Jasmine brings her knowledge of all things marketing to the team. A multifaceted creative with a strong background in digital, she supports Pam and Julie with administrative tasks and marketing campaigns, and helps with web development. A keen photographer, Jasmine loves to spend her free time capturing beautiful landscapes. Her strong eye for detail and interest in geography make her an invaluable part of the GeoCultura team.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER

Rich is the technical mastermind behind GeoCultura. He ensures everything runs smoothly, from our communications and website to training and behind-the-scenes programming. If we have a question that “turning it off and on again” can’t answer, we call Rich for help! He’s also in charge of the purse strings and makes sure our suppliers are paid on time.

Bob is one of the three directors of GeoCultura Limited’s US subsidiary, GeoCultura Inc. With more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international roles in the US, Bob has worked on projects across the Americas, Middle East, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia. For 15 years, he developed, administered, and oversaw a portfolio of several hundred geoscience and engineering courses – expertise he now brings to GeoCultura.
